For WhatsApp specifically: Messages are processed to send you relevant content and respond within the WhatsApp Business Platform rules (24-hour customer service window or approved templates).

We use artificial intelligence technologies, including AI agents and content generation tools (such as those in the Pressmaster platform), to:
- Create, personalize, and optimize content
- Assist with responding to messages and inquiries
- Analyze engagement for service improvement
Important: Your personal information, messages, media, and any content you share with us is used only to provide and improve the specific services you interact with.
We do not use your data, conversations, or content to train, fine-tune, or improve any frontier large language models or AI systems. Your data is never shared with AI model providers for training purposes.

We share information only as necessary:
- With Meta Platforms, Inc.: Required to use the official WhatsApp Cloud API. Meta receives message content, phone numbers, and metadata to deliver communications. All such providers are bound by contracts that prohibit them from using your data for their own purposes or selling it. We do not share data with these tools for advertising or model training unless explicitly disclosed.

Conversation history from WhatsApp may be retained to improve responses and maintain context. You can request deletion at any time.

WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted by Meta. However, once received by us, data is processed on our systems. No system is completely secure.

10. Children's Privacy
