# Data Deletion Instructions
For Users of Invest by World LLC (MBW) Services, including WhatsApp Communications

## How to Request Deletion of Your Personal Data
You can request that we delete the personal information we hold about you. This applies to data collected through our WhatsApp Business account (via the Meta Cloud API), Pressmaster content interactions, websites, or any other channels.
### Methods to Submit a Deletion Request
1. Via WhatsApp (Recommended for WhatsApp users)
Message our business WhatsApp number +1 (562) 537-0926 with one of the following:
- "DELETE MY DATA"
- "REMOVE ME"
- "DELETE ALL MY INFORMATION"
Include your phone number if it is not the number you are messaging from.
2. Via Email
Send an email to biz@markby.world with the subject line:
"Data Deletion Request"
In the body, include:
- Your full name (if known)
- Phone number associated with your WhatsApp account
- Any other identifying details (e.g., email address used)
- A clear statement that you want your personal data deleted.
3. Other Channels
Use any contact form on our websites or reply to previous emails with a similar request.
## What Happens After Your Request
- We will verify your identity (usually by confirming the phone number or other details you provided).
- We will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days (or sooner where required by law).
- This includes message history, contact details, and any content preferences linked to you.
- We will send you a confirmation once deletion is complete.
- Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., for legal disputes, accounting, or safety reasons). We will inform you if this applies.
## Data We Cannot Delete
We cannot delete data that:
- We are legally required to keep.
- Is necessary to prevent fraud or abuse.
- Has already been shared with Meta as part of WhatsApp message delivery (you must also contact WhatsApp/Meta directly for their records — see their privacy policy).
## Meta / WhatsApp Specific Note
Because we use the official WhatsApp Cloud API:
- Message content and metadata are processed by Meta to deliver communications.
- Deleting data with us does not automatically delete it from Meta's systems.
- For complete deletion from WhatsApp, refer to WhatsApp's own data deletion options or contact them via the app.
